EdiTour Terms of Service
Welcome to EdiTour, a collaborative show design platform ("Service") owned and operated by Nice Lasers Inc. ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access and use of our websites, applications, and related services, including digital downloads and subscriptions.
By accessing or using EdiTour, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Use of the Service
You may use EdiTour only if you are at least 13 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to do so.
2. Accounts
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to timelines, CuePacks, visual assets, branding, and software components, are the property of Nice Lasers Inc. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit, upload, or otherwise make available through EdiTour. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content for the purposes of operating and promoting the Service.
5. Payment and Subscriptions
Some features require payment, including subscriptions and digital downloads. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Prices may change with prior notice. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or reliability of the Service or any content therein.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nice Lasers Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.
